I'm have been in real estate for over 30 years...I was born into it. I fell in love with real estate at the young age of 9 when my Dad, an active Palos Verdes agent with over 50 years experience, would take me to Open Houses after school on Fridays. At 15, I was assisting him with marketing and admin work. I loved interacting and connecting with people. I received my license in 1989 and my Brokers license in 2009.
My vision is to create an experience that focuses on the relationship with clients rather than the number of transactions. Over the course of 30 years I've gained enormous experience with nearly every buying and selling situation. I thrive on building relationships with my clientele and changing the perspective of the real estate industry. Building a connection and understanding my clients' needs is the catalyst that changes the entire experience. And service does not end after the close of escrow, in fact, many of my clients are dear friends.
I founded Coastal Connect Realty on those beliefs. I wanted my company to be service oriented and customized to meet individual client needs. We are a boutique firm working one-on-one with our clientele. In order to provide this level of service, we limit the number of clients we manage at any one time. We don't carry a large inventory of Listings, nor do we work with more Buyers than we can handle. We are committed to service and to looking out for the best interest of each client. Our goal is to provide an experience you truly appreciate and trust...and a relationship that lasts a lifetime.
I became a Realtor because of that. I love connecting with others. It is my WHY. I believe my approach is a bit different. I am not part of a big firm. I do not carry a large inventory of homes for sale. Just as you choose a Realtor, I want to choose my clients! I want them to feel confident in my services because they know me. When we choose each other, I believe it changes the dynamics of the relationship. My clients become my friends... and I always take care of my friends, just ask them! :)
